Alpha-Digi server

Olá, meu nome é Alessandro, estou tentando instalar o Software AD60 da Alpha Digi e a principio ele instala sem nenhum problema, coloquei 32bit de cores e resolução 1024×768 minha placa de video é uma nvidia gf mx4000 com 128mb, win xp pro, pentium 2 core 3.4ghz 2gb de memoria. Ao termino da instalação reinicia o pc e o software não abre e trava meu ctrl+del.

Por eu não ter conhecimento nessa área provavelmente eu devo estar deixando de executar algum passo, enfim não sei.

Mas essa linha me chamou a atenção:
